Do I need any experience exercising?
No experience is necessary! I am able to tailor my session intensity for everyone from sedentary seniors to recently retired college athletes and everyone in between.
I am injured/sick. Can we still work together?
Potentially! This is something we will assess in our introductory session. I have extensive experience working with folks suffering from a range of injuries, aches, and pains and am confident we can find a safe way to get you moving.
Do I have to follow a crazy diet to get results?
Absolutely not! If your goal has a weight loss component we will talk about how to structure an appropriate caloric deficit, but I will never ask you to do a fad diet.
Can I pause my sessions if needed?
You absolutely can. Life comes up, and so long as you give me a heads up I will do what I can to make sure you get the value of the sessions you paid for. More details are available in the contract.
Where do you operate?
I am centrally located in Baltimore, MD and will travel up to 30 minutes outside of the city.
Do I need my own exercise equipment?
It is helpful, and depending on your goals I may suggest certain inexpensive things (like a foam roller), but overall, you do not need any equipment. I will bring my own selection of weights, bands, and tools to every session!
